LCD PROGRAMMING - AUXILIARY OUTPUTS
8-88
System 2 Installation / Programming Manual
As discussed above, various system events can be assigned to operate auxiliary outputs. Some
events will trigger outputs only locally on the unit on which they occur, while other events will trigger
outputs both on the unit they occur and on the master as well. Bear in mind, however, that the unit on
which an event occurs and the master may be one in the same unit (i.e., it happened on the master
and not on a slave).
If programmed to trigger outputs, events deemed important to system reliability or security (in our
opinion here at Corby) trigger both on the unit on which they occur and on the master. Other “lesser”
events trigger outputs only locally on the unit on which they occur.
The table below specifies the behavior of each of the triggerable events.
